HAPPY MOTHER DAYYYYYY!!!!!!!

cooked spaghetti with my sister for mother day haha

my last time cooking spaghetti was 4 year ago .that was super long ago

haha lucky the outcome was ok quite nice but the sauces a bit the bland

but the spaghetti was well cook not to soft or too hard

not bad ah chen shuyi haha i praising myself so bu yao lian

actually i was the wan who did the cooking and my sister was the wan who do the washing haha

cause she is afraid of the fire haha

so she has nothing else to do so she did the washing haha

i hate the smell of the onion on my hand i washed like 3 to 4 time but the smell on my hand is still there

went bbq with my family at raffles place

i m happy that my leg are recovering ..in few more day i can run without pain

today went to cross country trianing at bedok reservoir

today we run slope for 5 time

at first we ask the teacher whether we cannot don run around the reservoir

we just train running on slope

BUT

in the end we run around the reservoir after we come back

the teacher say that we go sprint the slope for 5 time or 8 time

but in the end run 5 time because everyone is tried

hoho

i over stretch my leg muscles when sprinting up ...too noob
